A16: Mass Arrests Before The Balloon Goes Up - On Sunday NZ Time, Saturday Washington Time, the Washington DC police executed a preemptive strike against the protest movement gathering in Washington. The convergence centre - being used by protestors to prepare for Sunday and Monday's planned actions - was raided and shut down.
