The following are long range forecasts from the NOAA Supercomputer for Christmas and New Year’s weather, here in NZ, in the US, Europe and Middle East. For Christmas/New Year's weather forecasts for other parts of the globe please make a request to editor@scoop.co.nz.

The coloured lines in the images below indicate rain. In the coloured maps the blue colour indicates cold and the darker the blue the colder it is. The good news at this stage is that it looks pretty good in NZ on Christmas and New Year.
