The NZ Prime Minister Helen Clark is presently en-route to Nigeria to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM). Scoop Co-Editor Selwyn Manning is travelling with the party aboard the RNZAF's new 757 aircraft and will be reporting from the gathering of Commonwealth heads of state.
