Prime Minister Helen Clark announces her Cabinet reshuffle at a press conference , Monday.
Main changes made in today's reshuffle include:
Cullen - Attorney
General (vacated by Margaret Wilson)
Burton – Treaty
Negotiations (vacated by Margaret Wilson)
Hogson –
Commerce (vacated by Margaret Wilson)
Benson-Pope – Picks
up Associate education & mentioned in dispatches as a
capable minister
Anderton – picks up Forestry
Maharey –
picks up Science Technology and Youth Affairs
Horomia –
picks up State Services
Hobbs – picks up associate
Justice
Ririnui – elevated to minister outside
Cabinet
Only ministers not affected at all were Hawkins, Clark, Goff and King
All other ministers have some minor changes.
In answer to questions the PM said John Tamihere and Lianne Dalziel will not coming back till after the election at earliest.
