Implementing the growth and innovation strategy

million, excluding capital, over four years for research,
science and technology.

to respond to the recommendations of the task forces into
biotechnology, design, screen production and ICT.

million over four years for the mediation service.

the next three years for the Sustainable Farming Fund.

3. $550,000 to conduct a stocktake of New
Zealand’s infrastructure, including road, rail and
electricity.
4. $15 million over three years to promote
New Zealand tourism in the USA.

2003-04 to implement the Tourism Strategy.

2003-04 to open a new embassy in
Warsaw.
