Her Excellency Dame Silva Cartright, Governor General, today inspected the Army’s new Light Armoured Vehicle in Waiouru.
Dame Silva, took the opportunity to familiarise herself with the Army’s newest piece equipment in her role as Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces of NZ and was in Waiouru to review the Graduation Parade of the Officer Cadet School (NZ).
Dame Silva said ‘ its amazing’ and was overall very impressed with the vehicle.
