Barrington Big Fun, at Barrington Park Sunday 26 February, Noon to 3pm
Pack a picnic, gather up the family and head to Barrington Park on Sunday, 26 February for the annual Barrington Big Fun - an afternoon of free family fun and entertainment.
>From noon, Barrington Park will be transformed into a stage for an exciting line-up of local bands and groups to entertain all ages. For the children there will be bouncy castles, balloon animals, pony rides and much more.
Members of the Scenic Circle Canterbury Rams basketball team will be on site demonstrating their skills and encouraging young people to join them in shooting some hoops.
A variety of stalls by local community groups will be run throughout the afternoon selling great food, crafts and assorted household items. Bring the whole family down for a fabulous time!
Barrington Big Fun is organised by the Christchurch City Council and funded by the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board.
