Susannah Fullerton in the library

In this month’s Glengarry Writers in the Library series, you are invited to hear lecturer and writer Susannah Fullerton at the Central City Library on 22 March.

Fullerton will be presenting a talk on The Brontes: sisters of tragedy and passion. Her presentation explores the lives and writings of Charlotte, Emily and Anne Bronte, the authors of such wildly romantic, complex and unconventional novels as Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights.

Jane Austen fans can also catch Fullerton at Mt Albert Community Library on 21 March.

Free movie tickets to the upcoming movie release Becoming Jane, which starts 31 May and stars Anne Hathaway as Jane Austen, will be given away at both events.

Susannah Fullerton is a literary lecturer known for her engaging, entertaining style who appears at reader courses and forums all over the world to rave reviews. She has written two books about Jane Austen and is the President of the Jane Austen Society of Australia.

This Glengarry Writers in the Library monthly series is presented in association with Whitcoulls.
