Progressive election results in Hamilton

Below are the progressive results for the Hamilton City Council elections. They represent approximately 95 per cent of votes cast.

Results have been ranked in descending order from most to least votes received for candidates.

A large number of votes were received earlier today at the Council drive through facility, at the building and at the libraries branches. These votes are not included in the progressive results.

The preliminary results, which include votes cast today will be made public around 7.30pm tonight.

The official result declaration is expected to be made no later than Wednesday, 13 October 2010, once all special votes have been verified by the Hamilton City Electoral Registrar. This will be the official result and will be posted on the Elections webpage.
