Concern For Missing Avondale Woman

Concern For Missing Avondale Woman

Avondale Police have concerns for the whereabouts of a local woman who has not been seen in the last 5 days.

66 year old Janet Hill, also known as Janet Brown, was last seen in a house in Elm Street, Avondale, where she boarded with several other people.

She is described as a female Caucasian, 164 cm tall, thin build, and has short black hair that she dyes herself.

She was last believed to be wearing a long black skirt or dress that had tassels at the bottom, a green and blue crocheted cardigan, and black shoes with white stripes on them.

There is nothing to indicate that her being missing from the house is suspicious, but her unknown whereabouts means that police wish to ensure that she is safe and well.

Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is urged to contact the Avondale Police on 820 5700.
