OVERNIGHT MOTORWAY CLOSURES
30 October - 5 November 2011
The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 4 November.
CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (SH1 & SH16)
• (SH1) Southbound lanes between Fanshawe Street off ramp and Hobson Street on ramp 30 October – 1 & 3 November (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Southbound lanes between Shelly Beach Road off ramp and Hobson Street on ramp 2 November (approx 11:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Southbound lanes between Fanshawe Street off ramp and Hobson Street on ramp 5 November (approx 10:30p.m. to 7:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Fanshawe Street northbound on ramp 30 October - 1 November
• (SH1) Northbound lanes between Nelson Street off ramp and Fanshawe Street on ramp 2 - 3 November (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00am.)
• (SH16) Port to SH1 northbound link 2 - 3 November (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• (SH1) Fanshawe Street northbound on ramp 2 - 3 November (approx 12:00a.m. to 5:00a.m.)

SOUTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)
• Gillies Avenue northbound on ramp 2 November (approx 4:00a.m. to 5:30a.m.)
• Right turn restriction on the Gillies Avenue southbound off ramp 31 October – 3 November
• Tecoma Street southbound on ramp 31 October
• Te Irirangi Drive northbound on ramp 2 November
• Southbound lanes between Manukau off ramp and Takanini on ramp 1 - 3 November
• Manukau southbound on ramp 1 - 3 November
• Northbound lanes between Takanini off ramp and Manukau on ramp 30 October - 3 November
• Hill Road northbound on ramp 30 October - 3 November
• Takanini northbound on ramp 30 October - 3 November

NORTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH16)
• Eastbound lanes between Brigham Creek Road RAB off ramp and Lincoln Road on ramp 30 October (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Westgate eastbound on ramp 30 October
• Royal Road eastbound on ramp 30 October
• Lincoln Road eastbound off ramp 30 October & 2 November
• Lincoln Road westbound off ramp 30 October - 1 November
• Lincoln Road eastbound off ramp 2 November
• SH16 eastbound to SH1 northbound link 2 - 3 November (approx 10:30p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

UPPER HARBOUR MOTORWAY (SH18)
• Albany Highway eastbound on ramp 1 November (approx 8:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.)
• Albany Highway westbound on ramp 2 - 3 November (approx 8:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.)
• Greenhithe Road eastbound on ramp 2 November (approx 8:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.)
• Tauhinu Road eastbound off ramp 30 October (approx 8:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.)
• Right turn restriction from Tauhinu Road eastbound off ramp 31 October (approx 8:00p.m. to 6:00a.m.)
• Squadron Drive westbound off ramp 30 – 31 October
• Squadron Drive eastbound on ramp 30 – 31 October
• SH18 westbound to SH16 eastbound link 30 October

SOUTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH20)
• SH20 southbound to SH20A westbound link 31 October
• Massey Road northbound on ramp 3 November
• Puhinui Road northbound on ramp 2 November
• Northbound lanes between Cavendish Drive off ramp and Massey Road on ramp 2 November
• Northbound Service Road between Cavendish Drive and Puhinui Road 2 November
• Cavendish Drive northbound on ramp 2 November
• SH20 southbound to SH1 southbound link 1 - 3 November
• SH20 southbound to SH1 northbound link 1 - 3 November

GEORGE BOLT MEMORIAL DRIVE (SH20A)
• Eastbound lanes between New Ihumatao Road and Montgomerie Road 30 October (approx 8:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
• Westbound lanes between Montgomerie Road and New Ihumatao Road 1 November
