Fatal Crash in Tokoroa

Saturday, 25 October 2014 - 10:01pm

A 75 year old Tokoroa woman died on Saturday afternoon in a car crash on State Highway One near Tokoroa.

The crash happened at about 1:50pm when the woman's car, which was travelling South on State Highway One at Lichfield, crossed the centre line and collided head on with an oncoming truck.

Police investigators are working to establish the cause of the crash.
