Escaped Prisoner

Police are wanting to locate 29yr old Wipei Awatere who escaped from the Hutt Hospital this evening.

Awatere is currently a remand prisoner at Rimutaka Prison.

Any information regarding his location Police ask the public to call 04 381 2000 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111
