Interest in Alexandra Park apartments

Interest in Alexandra Park apartments proving to be very strong

Strong interest is being shown for registrations in Alexandra Park’s ‘223 Green Lane West’ – a vibrant urban village offering a significant retail component.

Pete Evans, national director residential project marketing, Colliers International, says low interest rates, rising rents, and unrelenting Auckland housing demand are all contributing to record levels of interest in this exciting urban village development .

“Enquiries are coming in from empty nesters, young urban professionals, as well as families seeking the much sought after double grammar zone.

“With the average house price in Epsom now in excess of $1.5 million, people are looking at Alexandra Park as a great value for money opportunity given the huge emphasis we’re putting on quality and urban design along with retail amenities,” says Evans.

Evans says one of the major appeals is the iconic address and central location.

“Everyone knows Alexandra Park and how central it is to everything. Stunning Cornwall Park is its iconic neighbour.”

Prices for the spacious, architecturally designed apartments range from $500,000 to $5 million, and will be sold as freehold unit titles.

A display apartment being built will be an exact replica of an actual village apartment on completion.

“This means interested buyers will be able to experience just how beautifully appointed these apartments and terraces are.”

Evans says people are just starting to get a sense of the scale of transformation intended for Alexandra Park.
