"Incident in Camrose Place, Glenfield "

Waitemata Police are currently responding to an incident in Camerose Place, Glenfield.

Just after 10am Police were notified that a man had been assaulted at a residential address.

A number of Police units have been deployed to the scene as a precautionary measure and the street is currently blocked off.

Officers have cordoned and contained the area and are in the process of making contact with the occupants of the address.

The injured man is receiving medical treatment and Police are working to establish further details of what has occurred.

No further information is available at this stage.
