Special Fare From NZ To Popular Prague

News Release, 16 August 2010

Special Fare From NZ To Popular Prague

Prague, site of the famous Charles Bridge over the Vltava River, is more accessible than ever from New Zealand with Emirates introducing special fares to the historic capital of the Czech Republic.

All four daily Emirates flights from New Zealand connect at Dubai with the airline’s daily non-stop service to Prague.

Emirates now has a return fare of $2,076 return from Auckland or Christchurch, inclusive of all taxes and levies, for departures to Prague between September 26 and November 30. It will be on sale until August 30. Various conditions apply.

Emirates’ New Zealand manager Chris Lethbridge says the Prague route offers an attractive Eastern Europe gateway option for visitors to Europe.

“It is one of 25 Europe destinations now offered by Emirates, along with other popular recent additions in Amsterdam and Madrid. All three new points on the Emirates network have special appeal and the special fare will add to Prague’s attraction for New Zealanders.”

EK 139 leaves Dubai daily at 10.30am and arrives in Prague at 2.50pm local time. EK 140 departs from Prague at 4.20pm and gets into Dubai at 00.10am the following day.
