Results.com Appoints New Wellington Manager

Results.com Appoints New Wellington Manager

Results.com, the business execution experts, has appointed Suzanne Boyd as manager of its Wellington office. Ms Boyd brings more than 16 years’ experience in the recruitment industry to the role, in which she will serve as a strategic leader in growing the client base and team and ensuring Wellington businesses meet their full potential with the help of Results.com.

Results.com CEO Rod Hill said Ms Boyd’s expert knowledge and success, achieved during her time in the recruitment and finance industries, made her the ideal choice for the role.

“Suzanne has a strong track record of creating effective business models and achieving results. Her success in earlier roles gave her practical hands-on experience and matches the Results.com footprint, that of transforming business potential into extraordinary results. We are delighted that Suzanne has accepted the position and look forward to seeing her achieve great things for Results.com.”

Ms Boyd has a strong recruitment and finance background, beginning her career with nine years in the banking industry, initially working in a branch and then moving into management.

Wanting to take advantage of her degree in psychology, Suzanne decided to switch to the recruitment industry, successfully running an international business across three countries. One of her many achievements was taking over the organisation’s six Australian offices, opening a new one in Canberra, and achieving 22% growth business-wide in a recessionary year.

“Working with others to achieve results is the ultimate for me,” says Ms Boyd. “I am excited to be taking on this role and with the Results.com formula, I look forward to making a difference to New Zealand businesses.”
