Auckland Airport Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Auckland Airport is pleased to advise that it will again be offering shareholders the opportunity to participate in the company’s dividend reinvestment plan in relation to the 2010 final dividend. The company will also be offering shareholders participating in the plan a discount of 2.5% on the purchase price calculated in accordance with the offer document dated 26 February 2010.

All shareholders who have completed and returned a participation form prior to the record date of 8 October 2010, including those who did so in relation to the interim dividend, will be eligible to participate in the plan in relation to the 2010 final dividend.

Shareholders willing to participate or to vary their participation may do so by signing and returning a participation or variation form to the company’s registrar, Link Market Services Limited at PO Box 91976, Auckland 1142 OR Locked Bag A14, Sydney, prior to the record date.

The price for shares taken up under the plan will be the volume weighted average sale price for an ordinary share in Auckland Airport for the five business days following the record date of 8 October 2010 less the 2.5% discount. Shares will be issued to participating shareholders on the same day as payment of the dividend, 22 October 2010.
