Exciting news from HOTmilk Lingerie

Exciting news from HOTmilk Lingerie, Sue Dunmore, former head of design for Bendon LTD, has joined their design team as General Manager of Design.

Sue will be working closely with co-owners Ange Crosbie and Lisa Ebbing over the coming months as is looking forward to being a part of the decisions that will further shape the development of this incredible brand. With more than a decade with Bendon, including the development of the Elle Macpherson Maternity program as well as Bendon Maternity, Sue has a wealth of experience in designer lingerie. With a degree in 3D design, she “fell into” a role as lingerie buyer for Marks and Spencer, loved it and was soon fully entrenched in the industry.

Having worked with big name brands, Marks and Spencer Pic, Elle Macpherson intimates, Stella McCartney Lingerie, Bendon, Fayreform, DimitySO, Hey Sister and hickory, the move to HOTmilk Lingerie is not one which will phase her. In four years the company has created a foot print in over 47 countries, six continents, services over 850 retail customers and impacts the lives of thousands of women around the globe.

Sue has hit the ground running so you can expect to see some fantastic new advancements from HOTmilk. We will be contacting you shortly to showcase the new collection, full of fantastic, well crafted moulded cups, spacer foams and flexi-wires, all thoroughly tested and researched, not to mention the introduction of some exciting new nightwear pieces.

On her new role with the New Zealand based company, Sue has this to say:
“For many years maternity lingerie was perceived as a necessary evil, functional and frumpy but most definitely not fun. Little was done to celebrate the fact that you were pregnant and that it could possibly be a time to feel gorgeous, glamorous and sexy. HOTmilk have managed to bring all of those elements together with their lingerie, they have taken all of the functional elements and they do the job but they are also feminine and fabulous – what a celebration.”
