Hubbard Support Team Statement

While we are happy to hear the news that Jean Hubbard will finally be removed from Statutory Management, we still believe that she should never have been put in Statutory Management in the first place.

For over 18 months we have waited for justice to prevail and resolve the situation of Allan Hubbard and his investors whose lives have been extensively adversely affected as a consequence of the Statutory Management

There is sufficient proof that the Regulators and the Government placed the Hubbard’s and their entities into Statutory Management based on materially misleading information.

Despite the pre-requisite requirement to consider the needs of investors and to protect investors, there is no supporting evidence to show this has been the outcome following the Statutory Management order.

The associated costs of Statutory Management continue to erode investors' assets, the very people the order was meant to protect.

The investor’s suffer both emotionally and financially on a daily basis and it is imperative that this suffering comes to an end.

Sadly, justice is too late for Allan Hubbard to see.
This good man has been subjected to vicious and ongoing public humiliation. His reputation has been destroyed and he was forced to undergo a public media trial based on misinformation.
