for Seventh Year Running

Zealand, May 29, 2014—FedEx Express New Zealand, a
subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the
world’s largest express transportation companies, has been
accredited Best Employer for the seventh year in succession
in the 2014 Aon Hewitt’s Best Employers in Australia and
New Zealand (ANZ) Program.

About Aon Hewitt Best Employers
The Aon Hewitt Best Employers in ANZ Program is an accreditation process consisting of three stages including an employee opinions survey; people practice inventory; and organisational audit. Organisations have to meet the criteria for the three stages to be accredited for the year. A total of 120 companies were involved in the 2014 accreditation process, with over 70,000 employees contributing to the employee opinion surveys and 16 organisations achieved Aon Hewitt Best Employer Accreditation.
