Pivot Software to be acquired by Elmo (ELO:ASX)

Cloud-based HR software provider Pivot Software joins forces with Australian company ELMO Software Limited.

Christchurch, New Zealand. [27 February 2018]. Pivot Software today announced the acquisition of their business by ELMO Software Limited, an ASX listed provider of Cloud HR and payroll solutions and the fastest growing HR Tech company in the region.

Mrs Youngman confirmed that all Pivot Software employees will be retained and she will remain CEO.

The Pivot Software brand will continue and there will be no change for existing customers, who will continue to use their respective products with the same levels of support.
