WIT is Wellington’s not-for-profit, community-based improvisational theatre group who have recently wowed Wellington crowds with their improvised comedy in sold-out performances of'Love Possibly' ("no script, just guts, teamwork and imagination" - Capital Times), 'Gorilla Theatre' ("edge-of-your-seat comedy" - TV3 Nightline) and 'The All-New Old-Time Radio Show'! WIT performs and teaches the skills of improvisational theatre at community venues around the Wellington region.

The 11-strong cast will risk life and limb to act out scenes totally made-up on the spot. They’ll each try and outwit, outplay and outlast the other improvisers. At the end of each round the audience decides which scene wins, who receives immunity, and who finally becomes the Battle of WITs champion.
