It's no secret that the Tui Brewery girls are in demand. Every man and his dog wants a piece of them but they are so darn busy pumping out that great amber liquid that they don't have enough time to get around everyone.
So Tui got cracking and appointed the new Miss Tui for 2008.
Monique Parry from Wellington is
the newest hottie to hold the crown of Miss Tui. She battled
it out in cyberspace for the title against 91 other Miss Tui
hopefuls. The Miss Tui 2008 competition ran online at

The Senior Judge for Tui Jarrod Bear said the decision was difficult but Monique stood out from the rest.
"It was hard work. To get through it I just kept telling myself that we needed a Tui Brewery ambassador and Monique fitted the bill."
"The punters who searched the length of the land to find Monique and nominate her deserve a Tui," he says.
20 year-old Monique is no stranger to hard work for Tui. Last year she was part of the Tui Civil Offence Squad which spread goodwill throughout Wellington using Hurricanes game tickets and oodles of Tui beer.
Outside of being the number one ambassador for Tui, Monique does a bit of modelling and works in the fashion industry. She loves the outdoors and is currently helping her dad renovate a house.
"Someone once said blondes have more fun... I don't think so, brunettes definitely do it better. They're much more mysterious and cheeky about it," she says.
The annual Miss Tui competition began in 2004.
