Clap Clap Riot Return This Spring with a Live EP

For Immediate Release: Wednesday 6th October

Clap Clap Riot Return This Spring with a Live Three Track EP

Having spent the past twelve months holed up in a mysterious location fashioning what may be New Zealand’s most highly anticipated release of 2011, Clap Clap Riot will return this Spring with a Live three-track EP before releasing the first single from their debut album.

Taking their name from the applause machine created for Top Of The Pops in the 1980’s, the Auckland-based shaggy-haired twenty-something's will celebrate their return to the forefront of NZ music with a one-off full-scale performance at K'Rd's 420 venue on Friday, October 22. With support from NZ Music Award nominees Artisan Guns and up-and-coming one-man band Pikachunes, this show is one NOT TO MISS! The band will be showcasing a handful of new material including the first single from their forthcoming debut album and much more!

Attendees to the show will receive a limited edition ‘Goodie Bag’ including a unique code to download the Live three-track EP recorded on the night; a copy of Clap Clap Riot's infamous ‘TV Know Better EP’; a 95bFM bCard; a piece of custom Scizzorface jewllery; product courtesy of RedBull; exclusive information about the bands forthcoming single and more.
