The latest edition of the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry has been released and contains a number of interesting and relevant research articles including:
• Outcome of adolescent depression: 6 months after treatment
• Depression in the perinatal period: awareness, attitudes and knowledge in the Australian population
• Correlates of antidepressant and anxiolytic, hypnotic or sedative medication use in an Australian community sample
• Gender differences in patients presenting with first-episode psychosis in Hong Kong: a three-year follow up study
• Subjective well-being mediates the effects of resilience and mastery on depression and anxiety in a large community sample of young and middle aged adults
