The allegations are contained in a lawsuit filed by James Corcoran, who says he was forced out of his job for informing authorities about the officers' actions as well as for a variety of other actions that he says top city leaders did not like

The state of Iowa will be required to repay $576,000 in
federal money in which an independent audit commissioned by
the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) found was
misspent. The questionable spending was related to the Help

The view that HAVA requires lever retirement
was recently refuted in court where US District Court Judge

particular type of voting machine nor does it have anything
to say about any specific requirements on how New York
officials must carry out their duties."
