ETS Changes Up For Debate
Emissions Trading Scheme changes will be debated in Parliament this afternoon.
After Question Time MPs are due to debate the first reading of the Climate Change Response (Emissions Trading and Other Matters) Amendment Bill which implements previously announced decisions of the Government.
This will be followed by the third reading of the Regulatory Reform Bill split into 13 bills.
