Privy Council decision on David
Bain
Attorney-General Michael Cullen said today Crown Law
would carefully consider the judgment of the Privy Council
as to what action would be taken.
"The decision is solely
for the Solicitor-General to make and there will be no
further comment," said Dr Cullen.
