1. JOHN KEY to the Prime Minister: Does she have confidence in the Minister of Health; if so, why?

2. Hon MARK GOSCHE to the Minister of Finance: What reports has he received on the uptake of KiwiSaver?

3. Hon BILL ENGLISH to the Minister of Justice: Have officials been asked to draft amendments to the Electoral Finance Bill; if so, what are those amendments?

4. Dr PITA SHARPLES to the Minister of Māori Affairs: Kua whakarato tohutohu ano Te Puni Kokiri ki a ia e tutohu ana, kia tautokongia e te kawanatanga te whakapumautanga o Te Whakapuakanga o nga Tika Iwi Taketake e Te Kaunihera Tika Tangata; a, meina ae, i whakaae ano ia ki ta ratau tutohutanga?

Translation: Has Te Puni Kokiri ever provided advice to him, recommending that Government should support the adoption of the Human Rights Council’s Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples; if so, did he agree with its recommendation?

5. KATHERINE RICH to the Minister of Education: Does he have confidence in the Teachers Council to monitor compliance with conditions placed on teachers with a history of serious misconduct including sex abuse, assaulting children, and drug dealing; if so, why?
