Intelligence Inspector-General reappointed

Intelligence and Security Inspector-General reappointed

The Governor-General has reappointed Justice Paul Neazor as Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security for a further three-year term, Prime Minister John Key announced today.

Justice Neazor, a former High Court Judge and Solicitor-General, has served in the role since 2004.

His appointment was made after consultation with the Leader of the Opposition, as is required by statute.
