Hon David Cunliffe and others to face 98 criminal charges

Last week I filed 98 criminal informations in the Auckland District Court, including:


21 against the Hon David Cunliffe

23 against Dr Mary Ann Thompson, CEO of Immigration New Zealand

25 against Michael Carley, former Manager of Business Migration Branch Immigration New Zealand

21 against Carla Campbell-Redl, formerly Manager Review Branch, Immigration New Zealand

2 against Gustav Adolf Andre-Wiltens, former Deputy Director, SFO

2 against Anna Tierney, forensic accountant, SFO

4 against Jeremy Hodgson, former investigator, SFO

The above persons have been accused of various breaches of the Crimes Act.

I have been advised today[7 December] by the Auckland District Court that my applications have been accepted and approved for the issuing of summonses. The Court has advised that the summonses will be ready for me to pick up at 10:00am on Tuesday 11 December 2007.

The Court has advised that a sworn constable from NZ Police must serve these summonses.
