Henry Suspension a Joke

"The members and supporters of Fiji Club of New Zealand deem the suspension of taxpayer paid TV presenter Paul Henry for insulting our hardworking and illustrious Governor- General The Right Honorable Sir Anand Satyanand as a complete joke by the state-owned TVNZ", said Alton Shameem JP the Community Leader, Founder and President of Fiji Club of New Zealand (FCNZ) at North Shore City, Auckland the City of Tolerance.

"Our members and supporters both nationally and internationally are devastated and saddened by the grossly unacceptable and outrageous racists, divisive, arrogant, condescending and insulting remarks of taxpayer paid TV presenter Paul Henry.

Recently, Paul Henry insulted and made fun of the Chief Minister of Delhi thereby putting our fellow New Zealand athletics and visitors at the Commonwealth Games in danger, and damaging the relationship between the economic powerhouse India and our country New Zealand "said Alton Shameem JP the Civic Leader, Founder, Chairman and President of Fiji Club of New Zealand (FCNZ).

"It is abundantly clear to the public that the taxpayer paid TV presenter Paul Henry is out of control and is constantly abusing, demeaning and mocking people who are making great contributions to humankind both nationally and internationally.

" The public has forcefully spoken against the racist, divisive, arrogant, insulting and condescending remarks, of taxpayer paid TV presenter Paul Henry and it is time for the state-funded TVNZ to fire him" said Alton Shameem JP the Community Leader, Founder, Chairman and President of Fiji Club of New Zealand (FCNZ).
