The NCRA Government through the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the governments newly established National Bureau for Social and Economic Reforms with support from other government ministries is embarking on a process that would see these policies incorporated into the Governments proposed National Development Strategy for 2011 – 2015.

This would provide Government with a clear strategy to achieve the vision for a Solomon Islands where there is equal opportunity and participation for boys and girls, men and women in education, employment and decision making.

To achieve these aspirations Government will also need the close cooperation and support of donor partners, local and international NGOs, faith based organizations, provincial governments, and the countrys traditional leadership.
