Secluded Bays A Feature of Coastal
Hawkes Bay Farm
Three “glorious” and secluded bays are
considered to be the key attraction of a 394 hectare
(approximately 975 acre) farm on coastal Hawkes Bay which
has just come to the market.
Just 40 minutes drive south of Hastings, Harcourts Waipukurau Manager, Michael Harding described the property as a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a piece of coastal land which included a special 3.76km stretch of private bays with access only through the land itself.
Currently operating as a sheep farm, Mr Harding said the “mostly easy sloping” land provided a number of house sites of which some were down by the sea and others elevated with panoramic views of the sea and farmland. He described it as well fenced into 12 paddocks and also featured a duck shooting dam, great fishing and other recreational options from the white sandy beaches of the private bays.
He added that the farm “has huge potential for tourism, subdivision, forestry, sheep or beef farming. The beaches are just so private and tranquil with rocks either end of the property restricting easy access from outside of the farm itself.”
Mr Harding said he is welcoming enquiries from buyers over $2.5 million and has already received interest from throughout the North Island.
