Get ready to rock
See three huge rock acts for free at Three Kings Reserve when The Feelers, Evermore and Eskimo Joe take the stage on 25 February for Rock the Park.
The Rock the Park concert is part of Auckland City Council’s free Music in Parks series and runs from 2pm to 6pm.
The Feelers, one of the biggest drawcards in New Zealand music, are back by popular demand. The band have also just finished recording their latest album One World and will perform some of their latest hits.
Fresh from an awesome performance at Big Day Out, Evermore will hit the crowd with some of their attention grabbing rock tracks. Taking inspiration from the likes of the Beatles, David Bowie and Bob Dylan, the talented trio will play some of their great original songs.
Eskimo Joe will cross the ditch to perform at Rock the Park. The three-piece band were formed in Freemantle, Western Australia back in 1997 and have since won international fame and numerous awards and accolades. Over the last few months the band have played at CMJ Music Festival in New York, the Southbound Festival in Western Australia and Big Day Out.
Rock the Park is one of 35 free concerts in Auckland City Council’s Music in Parks series. With music to suit all tastes, there is plenty of entertainment to keep you out and about all summer.
