CMJ traffic bulletin: Sunday 18 February until Thursday 22 February

Transit New Zealand would like to advise motorists of proposed closures on the Central Motorway Junction over the next week for installation of Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) and repair work.

Ramp and link closures: Sunday 18 and Monday 19 February – CLOSED – overnight from 11pm until 5.30am the following morning for installation of ducts: - Hobson St on-ramp to Southern Motorway (SH1) southbound

Sunday 18 February – CLOSED – overnight from 9pm until 5am on Monday for installation of electronic sensors in the road surface: -Northwestern Motorway (SH16) at Newton Road off-ramp eastbound

Sunday 18 until Thursday 22 February – CLOSED – overnight from 8.30pm until 5am the following morning for installation of electronic sensors in the road surface:

- Western Spring on-ramp to Northwestern Motorway (SH16) eastbound

Tuesday 20 until Thursday 22 February – CLOSED – overnight from 9pm until 5.30am the following morning for installation of signage and repair work:

-Port to Northwestern Motorway (SH16) and Port to North northbound

During these times motorists are requested to follow the signposted detours while the closures are in operation.

Transit New Zealand regrets any inconvenience caused.

In the event of inclement weather, the closures will be postponed to the next fine evening.
