Nominations in for local body elections

MEDIA RELEASE

Nominations in for local body elections

For immediate release: Friday 24 August 2007

Nominations are in and all but one Regional Council seat will be contested during the upcoming local body elections.

By close off at noon today, Environment Bay of Plenty electoral officer Lucinda Butt had received 33 nominations for the 13 constituency seats.
