MAXX best way to see Justin Timberlake take to the stage

Justin Timberlake fans heading to Vector Arena on Friday 23, Saturday 24 or Monday 26 November 2007 can avoid parking hassles and leave the car at home, as public transport services by the Auckland Regional Transport Authority will have them arriving near the door

Vector Arena is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Britomart Transport Centre and the Downtown Ferry Terminal. A regular timetable will be operating for all buses, trains and ferries travelling to Britomart, and normal fares will apply.

The Link bus, which stops on Beach Road close to Vector Arena, is a good way to get to the concert. Passengers can catch The Link from various locations around the CBD, Parnell, Newmarket, Karangahape Road and Ponsonby. The cash fare is $1.60 one way.

Fans are advised to allow plenty of time to get to Vector Arena in time for the show.

On Friday and Saturday night after the concert, regular train services will be operating until approximately 11.40pm on the Eastern Line and until just after midnight on the Southern and Western Lines. Regular ferries will be operating until approximately 1am, and NiteRider buses will leave from the Civic and St James between 1am and 3am.

On Monday night, additional train services will be operating after the concert finishes at approximately 11pm. On the Southern and Eastern Lines, a train will depart for Papakura (via Glen Innes) at 11.55pm and for Otahuhu (via Newmarket) at 11.50pm. On the Western Line, a train will depart for Waitakere at 11.52pm. Fans heading home to the North Shore can catch an additional ferry to Devonport at 12am (midnight).
