Harcourts Wellington business owners join forces
Successful Harcourts realtor Eliot Falconer has bought into Team Wellington Ltd, which operates three Harcourts offices in Wellington.
Mr Falconer, who is already a shareholder in a number of other businesses which between them operate a further 14 Harcourts offices in the Lower North Island, recently became a co-owner of Team Wellington Ltd alongside existing shareholders Antonia Brown and Marty Scott.
Team Wellington Ltd operates Harcourts offices in Karori, Kilbirne and central Wellington while the other businesses Mr Falconer is a shareholder in operate Harcourts offices in Khandallah, Mirimar, Eastbourne, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Silverstream, Paremata, Whitby, Paraparaumu, Waikanae, Otaki, Levin, Palmerston North and Feilding. Between them the 17 offices in this group have around 180 residential, commercial, rural and lifestyle sales consultants, plus more than 50 support and management staff.
Ms Brown and Mr Scott say they and their team are pleased to have joined forces with Mr Falconer and his group and are confident about the future.
“We have worked alongside each other for a number of years but recognise that to achieve even greater success in the competitive Wellington property market it makes sense to combine forces,” the pair says.
“By working together we can achieve economies of scale and combine our strengths to benefit not just our own teams but also our customers.”
Mr Falconer, who has 20 years experience in the real estate industry, says he is excited about getting more involved in the Wellington property market and assisting Team Wellington Ltd to grow.
“The Mana-Kapiti-Horowhenua team has achieved outstanding success elsewhere in the Lower North Island and I look forward to bringing what we’ve learned and developed in those markets into Team Wellington Ltd.
