Win the best seats from your bus seats

Win the best seats from your bus seats

Simply by travelling on a GO Wellington, Valley Flyer or Airport Flyer bus, passengers will be in with a chance to win two of the best seats in town every day!

The competition, starting on Monday 31 August, offers passengers the chance to win tickets to Wellington’s upcoming premium events and all they have to do is ride the bus and text their bus ticket code to win.

The tickets up for grabs will appeal to a wide range of Wellingtonians as the events range from head-banging heavy metal to good old fashioned Kiwi-Aussie sporting rivalry.

The best seats that passengers can win from their bus seats include tickets for:

• the AC/DC concert
• the Montana World of WearableArt Awards
• the Wellington Cup Day at the Trentham Racecourse
• the final Bledisloe Cup game at the Westpac Stadium
• the SKYCITY Cinema Deluxe

Bruce Kenyon, General Manager of GO Wellington, says the competition is a great way to get people excited about the upcoming events on offer in Wellington.

“Summer is fast approaching and with all these fantastic events coming up, it’s going to be a fun time for Wellingtonians,” says Mr. Kenyon. “We are happy that we can help get the word out there and add to the excitement.”

Matthew Lear, General Manager of Valley Flyer, agrees with Mr. Kenyon. “The competition is an effective way of getting behind Wellington’s vibrant event calendar,” says Mr. Lear. “Of course, the best and easiest way to enjoy these events is to take the bus there – no traffic or parking problems!”
