Bullseye Reaches ‘Must Be Won’ Draw Tonight

Bullseye Reaches ‘Must Be Won’ Draw Tonight

Bullseye First Division jackpotted last night so tonight’s draw is a massive Must Be Won draw - meaning $400,000 will be won no matter what, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive Todd McLeay.

The Must Be Won draw has been triggered due to Bullseye’s jackpotting First Division cash prize reaching the $400,000 threshold, as set out in the game rules.

“A Must Be Won draw is always exciting because someone is guaranteed to win the First Division prize pool,” says Mr McLeay.

A Must Be Won draw means that Bullseye First Division must be won by one or more lucky players. If no-one wins First Division, then the First Division prize pool is added to that of the next highest prize division where there are winners. If there is more than one Second Division winner, they will share the prizes equally. If there are no Second Division winners then Bullseye Third Division winners will share the prize, and so on.

This is the third time Bullseye has reached a Must Be Won draw since it was launched in October 2009.

“The first Bullseye Must Be Won draw was triggered on 17 February 2010 – no one picked the exact winning Bullseye number (necessary to win First Division), so the sole Second Division winner from Kaitaia then won the jackpotted prize total of $410,001,” says Mr McLeay.

Bullseye is drawn daily at 6pm, with results available online from 7pm at www.mylotto.co.nz or from Lotto retailers nationwide.
