Abundance Yoga/Pilates Studios Announce New Site And Upcoming Training Courses
Wellington, NZ – Abundance Yoga/Pilates studios have announced the opening of their second site in Thorndon in February 2011, a sister site to their existing studio in Porirua. The new studio includes a 100sq meter heated yoga room, top of the line Pilates reformers and towers, a well-appointed reception areas and access to changing rooms and showers.
Once open, the studio’s timetable will include over 30 classes weekly, consisting of heated power yoga, yin yoga, Pilates mat and Pilates equipment class formats.
In conjunction with the opening, Abundance is hosting two premier internationally recognized training programmes for yoga and Pilates, both of which are open to the public:
Power Living 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (14-19th Feb): Power Living Australia’s introductory course of 200hrs provides the foundation to start teaching with full accreditation. The training is not only for new teachers but is also a great way for already established teachers to reignite their passion for teaching, or for students who simply want to learn more about this great tradition and Power Living’s modern day fusion of many styles and systems.
Core Pilates NYC Reformer, Tower and Mat Training Courses (14-17 Mar, 19-22 Mar, 24-25 Mar): These Pilates training courses teach the power, strength and grace of the classical Pilates method. Students may register for one course and learn a single apparatus, or may register for the full comprehensive training.
