Two Lotto Players Banish Workplace Blues
Two Lotto Players Banish Workplace Blues
While many people may be suffering from back to work blues, two lucky Lotto winners will be back in high spirits after winning $500,000 each with Lotto’s First Division, says NZ Lotteries’ Chief Executive, Todd McLeay.
“At the end of a holiday we often get a little down, however, I’m sure a boost to the bank account balance after the holiday spending will help banish those workplace blues,” says Mr McLeay.
The winning tickets were purchased at Drury Lane Lotto Superette near Papakura and Port Chalmers New World in Dunedin.
Lotto Powerball jackpotted tonight and will be an estimated $6 million next week.
Strike Four was struck tonight by a player from Waitakere, winning $159,096. The winning ticket was sold at Royal Heights Dairy & Lotto.
Meanwhile, Paul Steward from Waiau Pa spun and won $100,000 on the Winning Wheel at the live draw in Wellington this evening.
Tonight’s Winning Wheel ticket was bought at Dannevirke New World. The serial number is 953-06149908-20XX.
“Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet."
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy.
