Latest Emirates Europe Earlybird Fares

News Release, 21 January 2011

Latest Emirates Europe Earlybird Fares Provide Destination Choices Galore

A wide range of Europe destinations from under $2300 return (airport and other taxes included)* are among the options offered by Emirates with its latest release of Earlybird fares for travel in 2011.

They include Madrid ($2264), Milan and Venice ($2269), Rome ($2271), Moscow ($2271), Prague ($2276), Nice ($2297), Amsterdam and Zurich ($2298) and from June, Geneva ($2269).

“Today, many people choose gateways in widely different parts of Europe to start off their trips, rather than the traditional entry point of London,” said Emirates’ New Zealand manager, Chris Lethbridge. “With 25 destinations in Europe, rising to 26 this year with the addition of Geneva, Emirates offers more Europe gateways on its own network than any other airline flying out of New Zealand.

“There are some very attractive and interesting options covered in the latest Earlybird offering.

“Visiting friends and relatives in the United Kingdom is still the target for a good proportion of Emirates’ longhaul customers, however, and we have Earlybird fares to our six UK gateways starting from $2441 return for those whose priority is seeing them first.”

Mr Lethbridge said that other alternatives included southern gateways such as Istanbul ($2260), Athens ($2315), Malta ($2273), Larnaca ($2282), and Casablanca ($2263).
Business class return rates starting from $8300 return (taxes included) are also available in the latest release of Earlybird fares. Complimentary chauffeur drive service is available with the business class offer.

“We had an excellent response to our initial release of Earlybird fares that went on sale late last year, and we expect high demand again,” said Mr Lethbridge.
The Earlybird fares are valid for sale until March 15, are subject to availability at the time of booking, and are for travel within various dates and time periods. Other terms and conditions apply.

Emirates flies four times daily from New Zealand.

The fares apply to bookings through www.emirates.com/nz - a surcharge may apply if booked via some travel agents.

Fares quoted are for low season travel.
