Tickets to attend public shows at New Zealand’s premiere fashion event, New Zealand Fashion Week (NZFW), are now on sale.

Tickets to Designer Selection shows throughout NZFW and Fashion Weekend are available for eager fashion followers to secure their seat, and experience the best of New Zealand fashion.

This year, NZFW is offering a mouth watering incentive for fashionistas to make sure they don’t miss out on tickets to a Designer Selection show.

Anyone who buys 10 Designer Selection tickets will go into the draw to win 10 VIP tickets to WORLD, the last on-site show of NZFW, at 8pm on Friday 2nd September. To make this the perfect Fashion Week experience, they will also enjoy two complimentary bottles of Moet in the Moet and Chandon Lounge, before or after the show. There are five VIP packages up for grabs!

Tickets to attend Fashion Weekend and the exciting and ever-popular Sunday Star-Times Designer Garage Sale are also available. Bargain hunters can snap up tickets at early bird prices, between Friday 10th June to Monday 18th July, at $20 for one day or $30 for both days.

All public tickets are available now through www.iticket.co.nz.

New Zealand Fashion Week Brand Manager, Myken Stewart, is excited the New Zealand public will once again have the opportunity to be part of the NZFW experience.

“At the end of a hectic week, it’s still a buzz for our talented team to transform the venue for Fashion Weekend and open the doors to the public to ensure all New Zealanders can be a part of NZFW week.

“Through the Designer Selection shows and Fashion Weekend, designers can show direct to New Zealand’s fashion lovers, ensuring they engage directly with potential customers. The public aspect has added a real buzz to the week, especially Fashion Weekend, which mixes the crazy bargain hunting of the Sunday Star-Times Designer Garage Sale with a less hectic, laid back weekend format, which is all about fashion, music and good times.”

This year Fashion Weekend features some unique shows, showcasing everything from wedding fashion to racing fashion to make up, and the return of Raise Up, a YMCA initiative showcasing New Zealand’s future fashion talent.

Seminars will also run all weekend, with talks about health, hair, make-up, accessories and fashion, from New Zealand’s industry leaders.

With the best of Auckland’s DJ’s and bands providing the musical score for what is set to be a party atmosphere and with plenty of bars to choose from, the brand new Viaduct Events Centre will be the place for fashionistas to see and be seen.

Public tickets going on sale also coincides with a new-look NZFW website going live.

The NZFW website, which is a hub for NZFW information and for delegates and media attending the event, has had a makeover. Easier on the eye and easier to navigate, this revamp will make finding information and registering to attend NZFW much easier for the hundreds of fashion industry professionals that attend each year.

The new-look NZFW website is now live at www.nzfashionweek.com.
