Venue:
• Eden Park

Transport:
• Crowds using trains from the match were cleared within 60 minutes and special event buses within 55 minutes - both earlier than the target of 70 minutes.
• Transport to and from the match at Eden Park went well.
• All roads in the area were reopened within 75 minutes.
• A total of 26,550, or around 45% of the crowd, used public transport to leave the match at Eden Park. Special event buses carried 11,570 and 14990 used trains .
• About 1500 used taxis.

Fanzones
1. Waterfront Fanzone s (Queens Wharf, Captain Cook Wharf, Wynyard Quarter Fanzone)
• Queens Wharf was steady with a total crowd of 46,000 during the day and evening
• Queens Wharf reported a peak crowd of around 8150
• Captain Cook Wharf was opened up at 5 pm
• The Wynyard and Viaduct precincts reported good crowds during the day and early evening

2. Northern Lights :
• A total crowd of 3845 attended the Fanzone throughout the evening
3 Southern Seas :
• A total crowd of 5236 attended Fanzone throughout the evening
4 Outrageous West :
• A total crowd of 828 attended the Fanzone
Fan Trail report:
• An estimated 11,000 people walked to the match along the Fan Trail - a new record
Police report:
• 11 evictions from Eden Park (five by police and six by security), one arrest
• 24 evictions at Queens Wharf and nine arrests
• One eviction, a number of refused entries and one arrest from the regional Fanzones.
Fire report:
• No RWC 2011 related incidents reported
St John report:
• 39 people attended to at Eden Park, 3 transported to hospital
• 28 people attended to at Queens Wharf, 2 transported to hospital
• 11 people treated at regional Fanzones, none transported to hospital
