Queens Wharf Full

Queens Wharf Fanzone is full.

Captain Cook Wharf is open. Anyone wanting to go to a waterfront Fanzone is advised to head to Captain Cook Wharf on Quay St or to the Wynyard Quarter Fanzone on the corner of Jellicoe and Madden Sts.

The waterfront area is very busy. People wanting to access waterfront Fanzones can expect delays Please be patient.


Transport Update

Road traffic is moderate and flowing reasonably well, however please avoid the Downtown area as Customs St is very busy and Quay St is closed.

Buses are busy, particularly heavy from the North Shore. Rail is busy across the network. Passengers may need to wait for the next available service. Ferries are also busy.

People heading to the match at Eden Park are advised leave early. Special event buses from Britomart begin at 5pm.
