MEDIA RELEASE – The Bikini World Cup 2011 (The WeDD Alice Challis)
Accepting an invitation to attend last night’s Steinlager Rugby Awards at The Langham Ballroom in Auckland has paid off for the organisers of The Bikini World Cup currently being held at CrossRoads Bar in Ponsonby.

Ex-All Black Captain, Stu Wilson, has confirmed he will judge the NZ final of the inaugural event which takes place next Saturday (10 December). Other judges include Ben Barrington (The Almighty Johnsons) and Audrey Tan (Miss Erotica 2011).

As an added bonus organisers have also confirmed that a Canadian film crew will be covering the final night as they follow Judge Audrey Tan as part of a documentary they are in New Zealand filming.

The Bikini World Cup consists of 2 sections (sports / bikini) with contestants also being asked questions about sport, their interests and hobbies. This is not your usual bikini contest as extra special attention is given to the choice of bikini, how it is worn, props used or if the contestants have made it themselves!

It isn’t all about the choice of bikini though as judges will also be looking at the sports section – which just goes to show it really is a game of two halves!!

As well as a cash prize of $1000.00 the Winner of The Bikini World Cup 2011 will have her name engraved on an impressive silver cup - the WeDD Alice Challis

Facebook’s most LIKED Award – Once all finalists have been named the Bikini World Cup Facebook Page will have 1 image of each girl for the public to ‘Like’. The images will all be loaded at the same time so all contestants have an equal amount of time to promote to friends
The girl with the most ‘Likes’ at 11.00pm on the night of the Final will be named the Winner of this category and will have 2 luxury sportscars plus drivers from NS Wholesale Cars for her and her bestie to use for 12 hours to go shopping, lunching, clubbing etc
