Wellington Airport disrupt
information
Most flights have resumed at
Wellington Airport but it is advisable to check the
Airport’s website and to contact their airline for
specific flight details.
Dense fog caused a large
number of flights to be affected from 3pm onwards at
Wellington Airport on Wednesday 21 March with less than 500
metres of visibility at times.
Air New Zealand and
Wellington Airport staff provided blankets, food and water
to the 115 guests that stayed overnight.
